You are welcome to Indonesia. Borobudur is indeed a great Buddhist temple. Recently it was covered by volcanic ashes due to Mount Merapi eruption on Oct 26, but now it's open to public.

The best time of the year to visit Borobudur is on Vesak day since we have Vesak celebration at the temple. It's an annual event and next year it'll be on May 17. However you can come anytime... it's a great place to be.

I appreciate to say my pleasure for your visiting here. I am an online friend of Choleross. Nong Khai is a small province/city in the northeast of Thailand but it's closed with Vien Tien, the capital city of Lao. If you come to visit here that means you can go to visit Lao too. It's cheap to travel in my city and Lao.

I have a Belgium friend who was born in Indonesia. He is an Indonesian but he moved to live in Belgium. He wants to come back to visit his homeland once time as me too who want to visit Buro Bhuddo, the biggest stupa of the Buddha.

I appreciate to be your friend. Can we be friend?
